Returns Policy

Please take note of the policy below, as we are unble help you with any returns if you do not follow the rules outlined. This is for the benefit of our Customers as well as ourselves - People do not want to run in a pre-worn shoe.

If after your purchase, you find that your bought goods are not suitable, The Runner’s Guide will exchange your purchase or give a credit note for the value of the purchase, only as long as they have not been used are returned in an acceptable and resellable condition.

Once shoes have been used outside and become soiled, The Runner’s Guide will be unable to exchange them. Unless there has been a visible manufacturing fault with the shoe. In which event we will endeavour to replace the shoes as quickly as possible.


The Runner’s Guide does not accept any responsibility for any accident, injury, damage, claims or any matters arising as a consequence of advice given by The Runner’s Guide or staff or work there.

Please remember shoes are not specific to your foot, they are specific to your foot type.
Delivery Policy (internet / post)

Goods will be dispatched within 3 to 5 days of payment.
Goods will be sent recorded first class delivery. Please note we can't specify time of day in deliveries.

Please note: The price charged for delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials and order processing costs and the postage price seen on the package is only a part of these costs.
